Bartender

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and confident bartender who already has at least 1 year of bartending experience and knows how to prepare a range of cocktails and drinks.

This is a part-time / casual position with opportunities for regular shifts for the right person.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience – essential
• Current RSA – essential
• Confident making cocktails, mixed drinks and standard bar drinks
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, wine and basic cocktail preparation
• Able to work confidently in a busy bar environment
• Friendly, reliable and well-presented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Must be able to work as part of a team

Training

You do not need to know every cocktail on our menu.

If you already have solid bartending experience and know how to make drinks, we can provide some training on our cocktail menu, recipes and venue procedures.

However, this is not a suitable position for someone with no bartending experience. We are specifically looking for someone who can step behind the bar and confidently make drinks from day one.
