Our business is critical to the health and safety of the general public and our staff recognise and embrace the importance of what we do.  The role is predominantly "on the road" servicing cooling towers and associated equipment and although heavily regulated by way of reporting and compliance, our people work autonomously in conducting their daily roles.

We are looking for a self-motivated Water Treatment Service Technician to join our expert team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Servicing and Cleaning Cooling Towers, Closed Loops, Steam Boilers and other associated chemical monitoring and dosing control equipment

• Conduct Water Analysis and Testing

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers

• Respond to unplanned emergency call outs

• Diagnose equipment faults and malfunction causes

• Weekend availability, if required

• Ability to plan and organise your own monthly work schedule

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Exhibit a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously

Requirements

• Valid Class C Drivers Licence

• Current Police Check

• Basic – Intermediate Computer skills

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Attention to detail

• Competency to follow written detailed work instructions and procedures

• Desire to learn

Experience in the water treatment or chemical field would be advantageous but is not required as we will provide full training in the technical areas of the business.  A reasonable level of fitness is necessary as there is some lifting and climbing involved.  A competitive salary package will be offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
