Registered Nurse

The Role 
 
As a Registered Nurse at PresCare Yaralla Place, you will provide safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 96-bed residential aged care home. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll manage overnight clinical requirements, respond to changes in resident conditions, oversee medication administration, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

What you will do 
 
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring: 

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives 
• Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans 
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers 
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management 
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff 
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach 

 Who are you and what will you bring?  

• AHPRA Registration 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse 
• Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care 
• NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
