About The Role

Lead the development and evolution of ARN's enterprise architecture, ensuring technology strategy aligns with business objectives and future growth plans.Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks and technology roadmaps.Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.Provide architectural oversight across projects and initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, integrated and aligned to enterprise standards.Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions, providing recommendations that drive innovation, efficiency and business value.Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to support technology investment decisions and long-term planning.Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artefacts, including current and future-state architectures, standards and decision records.Drive continuous improvement across ARN's technology environment, enhancing governance, integration, security and operational effectiveness.

About You

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy and designing target-state architectures across applications, data, integration, infrastructure and cloud environments. Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and governance practices, including TOGAF, architecture roadmaps, standards and operating models. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and recommendations. Experience evaluating technology platforms and emerging solutions, balancing innovation, business value, security and long-term sustainability.
