The Opportunity

As Retail Store Manager, you'll take ownership of our Ipswich store — leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people and owning their numbers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
• Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
• Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
• Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally.
