As a Cost Planner you will undertake cost planning activities, preparing accurate tender estimates, and assisting to manage project procurement to achieve best value for the business.

You will:

• Assist in the accurate and timely production of high-level estimates and cost plans.

• Assist in securing Design and Construct projects through the execution of agreed win strategies.

• Assist with alternative bids, design optimisation and value management.

• Contribute to the production of detailed tender submissions.

• Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Collaborate with our internal construction and design teams.

• Engage with consultants and clients

You have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.

• 3-6 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimating or contract administration roles.

• Proficiency in communication, enabling confident engagement with diverse individuals.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• A strong belief in and commitment to the "one team" approach.

• Desire to learn and thrive in a high performance environment.

• Capability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
