Van Sales Representative

Avan Campers is a family owned business spanning over 30 years in the manufacturing of recreational vehicles. As a family owned business, our core values are trust, integrity and high quality. We firmly believe in delivering outstanding customer service from the factory to the purchase of our vehicles leaving a lasting impression and creating long lasting relationships with our customers and employees.

Due to company restructure and business growth, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic sales person to continue to help grow our brand and sell our new and used fleet.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following requirements:

• must be able to work Saturday and weekends at trade shows

Skills and Experience

• Experience in the caravan industry would be advantageous but not essential
• ability to deliver outstanding customer service experience
• able to follow a set process, negotiate and close deals
• highs standard of professionalism and personal presentation
• proven track record in a competitive retail sales department that changes daily
• must have a valid Australian Drivers license
• Must be available to work Saturdays in the sales yard & some weekends at trade shows
