With a strong focus on skin longevity, we're passionate about healthy skin and are making waves in Australia's skincare and beauty industry.Since opening our first clinic in 2020, we've grown to 12 locations across NSW, VIC and QLD. This is a genuinely exciting time for The Skin Bar, and you'll be at the centre of it.This is a hands-on role, based at our head office in Double Bay, working alongside The Skin Bar team, our content creators and the wider network.You'll help shape our biggest brand moments while running campaigns across our core channels: Instagram, TikTok, Klaviyo, keeping the brand story consistent and cutting through the noise whilst maximising engagement.If you can lead content, campaigns and partnerships that go viral, this is the job for you. You're organised, you build systems that keep things consistent at scale, and your decisions are led by the data, putting effort behind what's working.In this role you'll:Own end-to-end campaign strategy and executionUse client and treatment data to spot where clients drop off, and fix itKeep every piece of content on-brand: expert, warm, honest, always confidence-ledOwn The Skin Bar's social channels, bold, high-engagement, and growingManage campaign budgets and know which clinics need extra pushKeep the brand story consistent, from clinic-level content to national campaignsLead brand partnerships, collaborations and product launchesWrite clinic-level marketing briefs as well as brand-level campaignsDrive monthly performance and reporting on Meta ad ROI, Klaviyo/EDM performance and retention flows, by clinic and in aggregate, with clear recommendations attachedOwn new clinic launch marketing end to end: pre-launch database build, local area marketing, opening week bookings target, and the 90-day plan to full books
About YouWe need someone who can run a real marketing function for a multi-location business, backed by data and a sharp instinct for brand.You'll bring:A wide view of market trends, drawing ideas from beyond the typical beauty lens3-5+ years experience running end-to-end marketing campaignsExperience with Klaviyo, Meta and ShopifyExperience managing budgets and channel mix Data-driven decision makingAn instinct for brand and storytellingA proactive, ownership mindset. A proven track record of driving social media growth on Instagram and TikTokComfortable turning marketing performance into clear, simple reporting
