Role Requirements

Ensure all meals are cooked to perfection according to our recipe & plating guides, served on time, and of the highest quality.

Manage kitchen operations alongside the head chef, including staff allocation and general kitchen management.

Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.

Showcase your culinary skills across all kitchen stations, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to standards.

Keep the kitchen and stock holding areas clean and organised while prioritizing occupational health and safety and food hygiene.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

Demonstrated experience in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.

A passion for providing exceptional quality food and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Commitment to upholding brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.

An energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic.

Availability across a variety of shifts on a rotating 7-day roster, with flexibility for school timetables or second jobs.
