Qualified Chef

Beachfront Company Pty Ltd has several vacancies for qualified Chefs for its prominent restaurant on Hastings St, Noosa Heads Qld. This busy restaurant is open 7 days a week from early till late.

This full time position offers an attractive salary plus super ($79000 to $85000).

Applicants will possess the following skills & experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience working in fast paced kitchen
• Good all round kitchen skills
• Proven ability to run kitchen in absence of Head Chef
• Work with Head Chef to plan regular menus, specials, function & event menus
• Experience in cost control and stock management
• Ability to adhere to all food safety standards and requirements
• Experience supervising, mentoring and training other staff
• Must have good team spirit and work ethic
• Professional, hard working and enthusiastic
