Family/Criminal Lawyer

We are a boutique law firm based in the heart of Fremantle seeking an experienced Family & Criminal Lawyer with 3+ years' post-admission experience (PAE) to join our practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients, managing matters with autonomy, and being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload across family and criminal law matters, including:

• Family law disputes, parenting and property matters

• Divorce and de facto relationship matters

• Restraining orders

• Criminal law matters

• Client consultations, negotiations, advocacy, and court appearances

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in family and criminal law

• Admission to practice in Western Australia with a current practising certificate

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills

• Excellent organisational and file management abilities

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team

• A compassionate, practical, and client-focused approach
