About the role

South Eastern Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This is a weekend part time or casual position based at our hospital in Noble Park, VIC. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services to support the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Assessing patients' physical conditions and developing individualised treatment plans to address their needs

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care

• Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and ongoing wellbeing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and contributing to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably within a hospital or rehabilitation setting

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to apply evidence-based practice in the assessment and treatment of patients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• A demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
