About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village, Ocean Grove as a Personal Care Worker.

We have the following Permanent Part-Time roles available:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 0700 - 1300hrsThursday, Friday and Saturday, 0700 - 1300hrsSunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 0700 - 1300hrsThursday and Friday, 1500 - 2100hrsWednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 1500 - 2100hrsSunday and Monday, 2200 - 0700hrs

In this role you will:

Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their familiesFollow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dadUse the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRymanWork closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual SupportKindness in your DNAStrong empathy Outstanding communication skillsA reliable, friendly and professional style
