Location: Perth WA
Salary: $150k - $180k + Super (DoE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage head contract and subcontract administration from procurement to final accounts.
• Process monthly progress claims, variations, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Draft, negotiate, and award meticulous subcontract packages and supply agreements.
• Utilise CHEOPS software daily to track project costs, budgets, and financial compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to mitigate financial risk and maximize margins.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction sector.
• High proficiency and hands-on experience using CHEOPS project management software.
• Strong exposure to non-residential building portfolios (commercial, institutional, or civil infrastructure).
• Exceptional negotiation skills, legal literacy in commercial contracts, and sharp financial acumen.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
