Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:  

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum 

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment 

• Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners 

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the school's curriculum and teaching approaches 

• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge 

• Maintain strong communication with parents and caregivers to support student learning and wellbeing 

Selection Criteria 

• Profess a Christian belief and regularly attend a church fellowship 

• Model Christian living and character 

• Ability to integrate faith and learning in an authentic and engaging manner 

• Minimum Bachelor of Education or equivalent, and/or specialist teaching qualifications 

• Effective teaching practices 

• Strong written and oral communication skills 

• High degree of technological literacy 

• Prior experience teaching using iPads (preferred) 

• Excellent interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work effectively in a team 

• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
