St Joseph's Nudgee College is one of Australia's leading Catholic boarding and day schools for boys. We are seeking an experienced educator to join the Boarding team in a rewarding leadership opportunity, commencing Monday 18 January 2027.

As Head of Boarding House, you'll play a key role in supporting boarders' wellbeing, personal growth and sense of belonging within a vibrant boarding community where every young man is known, valued and encouraged to thrive.

Working closely with the Director of Boarding and the Head of House, you will provide outstanding pastoral leadership, build strong relationships with students and families, and help create a safe, supportive and inclusive boarding environment where every young man can thrive.

• Be a qualified and registered teacher.

• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care.

• Build positive and respectful relationships with students, families and colleagues.

• Possess excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.

• Commencement: Monday 18 January 2027

• Appointment: Three-year leadership appointment with the opportunity for a further three-year term, subject to review.
