Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers upon entering the store

• Managing customer enquiries and sales via phone and in person

• Estimating and providing quotes based on customer requirements

• Conducting in home measurements and design consultations

• Booking and coordinating client installation dates

• Attending interstate training where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in gas/wood appliance and/or air-conditioning retail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focussed, and self-motivated attitude

• High level of computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems
