About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in. This role involves providing in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants, assisting them with daily living activities, personal care, transport, and social engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
• Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
• Facilitate community access and social participation
• Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
• Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reports as required
• Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and their families

Requirements:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Police Check
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Experience in disability support or community care is desirable
