About the role
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and creative Wellness (Lifestyle) Coordinator to join our Mango Hill community as part of our Residential Aged Care (RAC) team. In this rewarding role, you will design and deliver engaging wellbeing & lifestyle programs that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and social connection, helping them live with purpose, dignity, and joy.
Working closely with the Clinical Manager and wider team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel connected, supported, and inspired to participate in meaningful activities. This is an exciting part-time opportunity (25-30 hours per week) for someone who thrives on building relationships, bringing ideas to life, and making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
You will:
Bring ideas to life by designing and delivering fun, engaging wellness & lifestyle programs that boost physical, emotional and social wellbeing
Coordinate and facilitate activities, events, and outings that drive resident engagement and foster a strong sense of community
Collaborate with internal teams, residents, and external providers to create meaningful and varied program offerings
Keep things fresh and innovative by tracking engagement, gathering feedback, and continuously improving program offerings
Take ownership of program coordination including budgets, calendars, promotional materials, and reporting
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and their families while supporting day-to-day community operations as required
Who we’re looking for:
You’re an energetic and people-focused professional who loves creating engaging experiences. You’re organised, proactive, and a natural relationship-builder, with a genuine passion for supporting others to feel connected and valued. You take pride in creating inclusive, respectful, and uplifting environments where people feel a true sense of belonging.
You’ll also bring:
Certificate IV in Diversional Therapy, health or equivalent (desirable) and/or 2yrs+ experience in a similar role (aged care, retirement living) including adjacent creative industry experience – marketing, hospitality, event management.
Proficient computer and technology skills (laptops, smartphones, tablets etc).
A genuine passion for working with older people and those with diverse needs.
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
Unrestricted Drivers License.
Current national police check.
What we offer:
At Seasons, you’ll join a workplace that genuinely cares about its people. We offer:
Career development opportunities across our growing network of communities.
A supportive, passionate team culture where your contributions are valued.
Longterm career pathways, with many employees celebrating 5, 10 and 15year milestones.
Engaging leaders who support your personal and professional development.
Access to retail discounts through our employee app, including movies, gyms, travel, insurance and more.
Wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a positive, purpose-driven workplace, grounded in collaboration.
