The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll lead all aspects of kitchen operations — from menu creation and food costing to staff mentoring and service execution. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to innovate, inspire, and work hands-on with the team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing and evolving seasonal menus

• Managing and motivating a passionate kitchen team

• Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across every dish

• Overseeing kitchen budgets, stock control, and food safety compliance

• Collaborating with directors to deliver top-tier dining experiences

About You

• Proven experience in a senior chef or head chef role

• Passionate about food, local produce, and kitchen culture

• Natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills

• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised

• Knowledge of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems

• Relevant qualifications and food safety certifications
