About the role
People and Capability at the State Solicitors Office (the Office) is a small but dynamic team that gets a lot done and has fun doing it. We partner across the Office to develop capability, support professional growth and deliver contemporary learning experiences that help our people succeed.
Our Learning and Development team operates in a fast-paced and evolving environment where collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued.
As the Senior Learning and Development Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping how our people learn, develop and grow. Working closely with senior leaders, the Learning and Development Sub-Committee and stakeholders across the Office, you will provide technical leadership and coordinate high-quality learning initiatives, programs and experiences that build workforce capability and support organisational outcomes.
This role is both strategic and operational, providing the opportunity to shape the future of learning within the Office while remaining actively involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives.
