About the role
Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, customer-focused administrator to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will deliver a high-quality customer experience while providing essential administrative and transaction support across our site operations. This is a permanent part-time position, working Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, totalling 15 hours per week.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, can manage competing priorities and is comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, particularly on auction days.

The Role
Playing a valued part in our Customer Service team, you will initially be based at our Moorebank site, with the role expected to transition to our Kemps Creek site at the end of next month. You will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience as the first point of contact for Cox Automotive Australia’s customers and visitors.
This is a varied, hands-on role that requires flexibility, attention to detail and a willingness to build a strong understanding of our Vehicle, Industrial and Salvage operations. You will work closely with our National Customer Experience team, Remarketing and Sales teams, Site Operations and Finance Transaction Services team to help deliver an efficient and consistent experience for our customers.
The successful candidate will be available to work Thursday and Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, in line with the site’s updated administration hours.
