Portfolio Coordinator

The Portfolio Coordinator owns delivery coordination, tracking and visibility across the portfolio, ensuring delivery execution is well organised, transparent and consistently tracked.   

The role exists to reduce operational and coordination load from Delivery Managers and the Portfolio Manager by maintaining delivery tracking, workflow discipline, and accurate visibility of delivery progress.

This role supports coordination and tracking activities but does not own delivery outcomes, timelines, commercial performance or customer commitments. Accountability for delivery execution, decisions and outcomes remains with customer owners such as Delivery Managers, Delivery Managers Lead, Platform Run Manager and the Portfolio Manager.

The role is responsible for the following outcomes:

• Delivery plans, milestones and commitments across the portfolio are accurately tracked, providing clear forward visibility and early identification of delivery variance for review by customer owners.
• Delivery performance information is accurate and up to date, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and financial exposure across all accounts.
• Delivery governance and change control artefacts are maintained and kept up to date, supporting Delivery Managers in applying governance practices.
• Delivery risks, issues and actions are clearly logged, tracked and surfaced through structured reporting, enabling Delivery Managers to drive timely resolution.
• Delivery Managers operate more effectively with reduced administrative burden and improved visibility, enabling greater focus on commercial performance and customer value.
• Comply with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality and information security.

The role requires the following skills and experience:

• Experience in project coordination or delivery support within a technology, SaaS or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational capability with the ability to coordinate multiple delivery activities across stakeholders and accounts.
• Experience maintaining delivery governance artefacts including RAID, change logs and action tracking.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and structured delivery reporting.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring actions are captured, tracked and followed through.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and maintaining reliable information.
• Proactive approach with the ability to drive actions and tasks through to completion.
• Ability to work effectively across delivery, product and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
