PURPOSE

Responsible for assisting in structuring, implementation and execution of new deals, and also portfolio management of existing assets. 

The accountabilities specified herein are illustrative and do not limit the company's authority to assign further responsibilities. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, supporting marketing and business development, executing projects, and managing portfolios

• Assist in structuring deals in corporate lending, project finance, commodity-linked finance, origination & transactions.

• Conduct annual reviews and portfolio Management of the current SFD PPP and LNG infrastructure book.

• Analyzing all types of due diligence , KYC checking and running of financial models.

• Research local market information and economic analysis for decision making and strategy framing.

• Portfolio management and coordination.

• Information collections from clients and documentation preparation for credit management.

•  Assist with execution of specific projects.

• Obey the team management, report regularly to department head as well as the branch policies and procedures.

• Periodical review of work progress and targets.

Essential criteria: 

• Graduate degree in business or equivalent

• At least 2 years local banking experience

• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels

• Strong understanding of finance documentation

• Strong financial modeling skills

• Working knowledge of banking and finance industry processes.

• Good communication and report writing skills

• Solid finance services knowledge and background in resource and infrastructure sectors

• Appropriate understanding of marketing and customer relationship management.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.

• Good team work spirit and ability to meet deadlines.
