Success factors & skills required are:

• Providing holistic aged care services through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care support and services
• Provision of best practice clinical care
• Medication management, wound management, pain management, continence management, dementia care and palliative care
• Accurate and contemporaneous documentation
• Providing mentoring, guidance and support to the team
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team 
• Liaising with external support services 
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and NDC team members

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration
• Annual influenza vaccination
• 2x COVID 19 Vaccination plus 1x Booster Shot (total of 3)
• NDIS Workers Screen Clearance
