The Opportunity

You're good at fencing. You know how to run a job from start to finish, you don't need someone standing over your shoulder, and the people around you tend to follow your lead naturally. You've probably been thinking it's time that was recognised properly.

Fence Fab Warehouse is one of Adelaide's most trusted names in residential and commercial fencing, and we're growing. We need a Site Supervisor who can take ownership of a job site. Manage a small crew of 2 to 3, keep the work moving, and deliver a result the client is happy to sign off on.

This isn't an off-the-tools role. You'll still be getting your hands dirty, but you'll also be the one making sure the job's set up correctly, the crew knows what they're doing, and nothing gets left to chance. You'll be the person on site that we trust to make it happen.

The package starts at $90,000 + super + company vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running job sites day to day - setting up the crew, managing the workflow, and making sure the job gets done properly and on time

• Working on the tools alongside your crew - this is a hands-on role, not a clipboard role

• Managing 2 to 3 crew members on site - allocating work, keeping standards up, and making sure everyone knows what's expected

• Being the first point of contact for clients on site - professional, clear, and reliable

• Identifying issues early and sorting them out before they become problems

• Liaising with the Field Operations Supervisor on job progress, materials, and anything that needs escalating

• Ensuring the site is left clean, safe, and finished to the standard we're known for

• Completing any required job documentation and reporting through our job management system

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who needs the job explained to them every morning. We want someone who turns up, reads the job, gets the crew organised, and gets it done, and who takes genuine pride in a fence that's installed properly.

You'll have:

• 2+ years of hands-on fencing installation experience - residential, commercial, pool, or a mix

• Experience leading or supervising others on site - even informally, you've been the one people look to

• The ability to manage a small crew and keep the work moving without needing to be managed yourself

• A professional manner with clients on site - you represent the business every time you're on someone's property

• A full Australian driver's licence

• Current White Card (Construction Induction)

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience with pool barrier compliance and relevant Australian Standards

• Exposure to gate automation or more complex fencing systems

• Experience managing materials ordering or site logistics
