About you
We are seeking a physiotherapist who:
Has General AHPRA
Open to discussion on visa sponsorship
Has full drivers licence and their own vehicle
Lives in or is willing to locate to a the beautiful NSW town of Ballina

About the Role:
The hours required for this role are 40 hours a week for the right applicant
You will have an opportunity to build your own caseload
You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal, Workcover, Support at Home and NDIS clients across the spectrum and age range of Physiotherapy practice
This position is suitable for new Graduate Physiotherapists or early/mid career Physiotherapists
This position will not suit therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload or learning how to do so
Step into an existing caseload and start earning bonuses and kicking your financial goals!
Your level of experience will determine your salary package
Annual salary package will range from $100000 to $150000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements
Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $1000 – $20,000 per year in performance based bonuses
You will have access to internal formal and informal clinic mentoring as well as external funding for external PD courses
Our clinical mentors are highly skilled private practice physiotherapists who mentor our team on a weekly basis

We have grown from a small gym in a regional town into a network of 85+ Allied Health professionals delivering over 1.25 million consultations across six clinics and a mobile workforce. We offer a broad range of services — including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, podiatry and speech pathology — to individuals, employers, aged-care and community providers, covering everything from NDIS-funded support and residential aged care to workplace wellness and pre-employment assessments. Our service area spans Northern NSW and Southern QLD, with clinics in places like Tweed Heads, Ballina, Grafton, Yamba and Coffs Harbour, and mobile teams operating from Sydney up to Southern Brisbane.
