About the role:
We are seeking passionate, skilled, and dedicated Group Therapy Facilitators to join our dynamic Day Program team!
Our program provides comprehensive, evidence-based support to individuals navigating their mental health recovery journeys. As a facilitator, you will deliver structured therapeutic groups designed to foster resilience, build coping mechanisms, and enhance the overall well-being of our participants.

The Melbourne Clinic is Australia's largest private mental health service, providing 203 inpatient beds, a standalone Day Program Centre, Outreach Program, Consultation Liaison Service, and consulting suites across three locations.
Renowned nationally and internationally for excellence in mental health care, we deliver evidence-based, patient-centred services that support recovery and wellbeing. Our multidisciplinary team includes Psychiatrists, Addiction Medicine Specialists, Pain Medicine Specialists, Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Art Therapists, and other dedicated support professionals, all working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
