Role Description The Associate Recruitment Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rivervale, WA. In this position, the consultant supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with clients. The role involves maintaining candidate and client records, preparing job advertisements, and updating recruitment platforms and databases. The consultant will communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, gather documentation, and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the role supports senior consultants with market research, talent mapping, and administrative tasks to help deliver effective workforce solutions for NUCREW’s clients.
QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with candidates and clients.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.Basic recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, or a strong interest in developing these capabilities.Competence with office software and recruitment tools (e.g., MS Office, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms).Analytical skills for reviewing resumes, assessing candidate suitability, and conducting simple market or talent research.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.Prior experience in customer service, sales, or HR is beneficial; exposure to mining or industrial sectors is an advantage.Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
