About The Role

Currently we are looking for a Warranty Clerk to join the team at Castle Hill Volkswagen. 

As our Warranty Clerk, you will support the service department by managing all warranty claims and ensuring the smooth processing of customers’ vehicles through the service department.

In this role you will:

• Work with Technicians and Advisors to determine warranty repairs
• Identify problems, document findings, and support Service Advisors
• Determine warranty coverage and submit claims according to manufacturer guidelines
• Manage warranty parts, including returning, disposing, tagging, and storing them correctly
•  Finalise job sheets with warranty items after inspection and approval
• Manage Warranty Filing and Associated paper work

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a warranty, service, or administrative role preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer-focused and a great communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
