We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team in Slacks Creek. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a thriving territory covering Slacks Creek, Mansfield, and Moorooka, delivering exceptional service while driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across your territory by building strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and deliver value to customers.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and confidently negotiate to win new business and maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and grow the customer base.
• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Provide valuable market intelligence and contribute to competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities
• Excellent communication & presentation with the ability to engage with customers
• Good attention to detail
