Synergie Australia is seeking General Labourers to join our trusted client, who specialize in precast concrete molds, for their upcoming projects in Kwinana.

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am – 2:30pm (potential overtime if required)
Pay Rate: $35/hr + applicable penalties
Start Date: ASAP

What you will be required to do:

• Set up and prepare concrete molds for production

• Shovel and handle concrete as required

• Pick up and move mesh molds around the site

• Perform forklift duties if qualified (Forklift License desired but not required)

• Assist with general laboring and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all site procedures and safety requirements

To be successful in the role you will:

• Be physically fit and able to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks

• Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

• Have full working rights in Australia

• Be able to complete all pre-employment registration/inductions

• Potentially be able to complete a pre-employment medical/functional assessment including drug and alcohol screening

• Have access to reliable transport to get to the site
