YAUNATI Recruitment is partnering with an Indigenous-owned organisation operating within the mining industry to appoint an experienced and adaptable Administration All Rounder.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being across different areas of the business. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, assist the leadership team, coordinate events and contribute to the mobilisation of personnel for mining projects.

The Opportunity No two days will look exactly the same. You’ll work closely with the broader team and leadership to keep the business running smoothly, supporting everything from general administration and events through to employee mobilisation and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administration and office support across the organisation
• Supporting the leadership and executive team with meetings, calendars, documents and coordination
• Assisting with employee and contractor mobilisations, including coordinating travel, onboarding documentation, site requirements and related administration
• Supporting the coordination of mining personnel as they mobilise to site
• Coordinating meetings, events, workshops and internal activities
• Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation
• Managing records, filing systems and confidential information
• Assisting with travel, accommodation and logistics
• Supporting onboarding and employee administration
• Liaising with internal teams, clients, suppliers and external stakeholders
• Assisting with general office coordination and operational requirements
• Taking on ad hoc projects and providing support wherever needed across the business

About You You’re an organised, proactive administration all rounder who enjoys variety and being the person the team can rely on.

• Previous experience in administration, office coordination, executive support or a similar role
• Experience within mining, resources, construction or a project-based environment will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines
• A professional and confidential approach
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business
