Administration & Junior Sales Assistant

This is a ground-floor role: start on the admin side, learn how a bespoke design-manufacture-install business actually runs, and work directly alongside one of the most respected names in the industry — with a clear path into a full sales role as you prove yourself.

We design, manufacture and install luxury artificial greenery — from custom trees to full commercial fitouts — across retail, online and commercial channels Australia-wide. We're one of the only businesses in the country that does the full stack in-house: design, manufacturing and installation. Our brand is about quality and craft, not plastic — we're on a mission to change how people think about artificial greenery.

About the Role

You'll sit under our Operations/Sales 2IC, and be the extra pair of hands keeping the admin side of the business moving — quotes, orders, scheduling, CRM. Alongside that, you'll support one of our senior sales reps with over three decades of industry relationships, learning how they build and manage client accounts. Within 12 months, the goal is for you to be running your own sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

•        Own day-to-day admin support for our Operations lead — order processing, quote preparation, data entry, scheduling

•        Support our senior sales rep — preparing quotes, following up leads, coordinating client meetings and site visits

•        Handle inbound phone and email enquiries, and cover the retail floor when needed

•        Assist with Shopify order processing and day-to-day online store coordination

•        Learn our product range, pricing and sales process directly from an experienced sales team

•        Progressively take on your own accounts and sales targets as you grow into the role

What We're Looking For

Required

•        Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and in writing

•        Excellent organisation and attention to detail

•        Comfortable with everyday business software (email, Excel, CRM/order systems)

•        Reliable and proactive — happy to do the unglamorous admin work while you learn

•        A valid driver's licence (occasional site visits)

Preferred

•        Prior experience in admin, retail or sales

•        An interest in design, interiors or horticulture

•        Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

Compensation

Salary will be discussed based on experience.
