The Role

This is a new opportunity to join our team as a Junior Legal Assistant support the team with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis in our Institutional Abuse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining calendars and diary appointments

• Assisting on all incoming calls

• Drafting basic precedent letters

• Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties

• Assisting with client requests

• Payment of invoices

Skills/Experience

• High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

• dedicated, hard-working and committed

• Technically savvy

• Exceptional client service and phone manner

• Great attention to detail

• Comfortable working in personal injury law
