Front of House Manager

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor for our family-style charcoal house in Redcliffe, available for an immediate start.

Management experience in hospitality is essential.

A minimum of two years’ management experience in a hospitality setting (excluding fast food) is required. Relevant areas include floor, bar, or host/hostess roles.

You will work with the Restaurant Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and collaborate with the owners and head chef to foster a vibrant atmosphere.

You will assist the owners with marketing, including social media and management platforms such as Seven Rooms.

Additional responsibilities include managing the point-of-sale system and supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, staff rosters, and front-of-house team management.

Pay: $55,424.09 – $75,770.01 per year
