About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Chefs / Waitstaff to join the team at Chalet Healy, located in Roleystone, WA 6111. This is a casual position that offers flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As Restaurant Staff, you will be at the heart of our hospitality operations, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role is fundamental to maintaining the high standards Chalet Healy is known for and contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing attentive and professional service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout your shift

• Assisting with food preparation and plating where required, ensuring presentation meets our standards

• Managing payment transactions and handling cash or card payments with accuracy

• Responding to guest enquiries and requests with courtesy and efficiency

• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment, preferably in a casual dining setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage warmly with guests

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina to handle the demands of a busy restaurant environment, including standing for extended periods

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications

• Reliable and punctual with a genuine passion for hospitality
