We're building a retail team for a brand-new Vinnies mega store opening soon in a vibrant heart of Auburn. We have full-time positions available for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals. If you live nearby and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, don't miss this exciting opportunity to apply! The new store will be busy with a variety of tasks, including sorting and pricing stock, creating attractive floor, rack and window displays, maintaining a clean, organised and safe sales environment and ensuring store is well presented for customers. We'd love to hear from people who can build strong customer relationships and confidently deliver outstanding service to drive sales performance. As part of a team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and willingly support different areas of retail operations to achieve shared goals.

Your Responsibility

• Deliver friendly, respectful and customer-focused service every day
• Assist with stock control, pricing, merchandising and rotation to keep the store fresh and appealing
• Support welfare clients professionally and confidentially, ensuring all vouchers and paperwork are handled correctly
• Help maintain stock levels, quality standards and seasonal displays
• Contribute to meeting store budgets and financial targets
• Encourage volunteers to engage with customers and provide great service
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Support a safe, compliant and welcoming workplace by following WHS, risk and Society policies

You Will Need

• Experience in retail or customer service, with a strong customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Confidence working with stock, displays and financial targets
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended trading hours
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support team and volunteer success
• Alignment with our values, mission and community impact focus
