Due to continued growth and a steady flow of qualified leads, we are expanding our Melbourne sales team.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne team.

You will attend pre-qualified, confirmed appointments with homeowners across East and South-East Melbourne, assess their roofing needs, present suitable solutions, and close warm leads.

We also encourage and support our sales consultants to generate their own leads and build their own referral network.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-qualified, confirmed sales appointments

• Present and sell roof restoration and other related roofing solutions

• Assess roofing conditions and recommend suitable solutions

• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals

• Close sales and manage your own sales pipeline

• Manage your own schedule and appointments

• Generate your own leads and develop referral opportunities

• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Current ABN and ability to operate as an independent contractor

• Own reliable vehicle

• Valid driver's licence

• Mobile phone

• Flexible schedule and availability

• High personal drive, motivation and ambition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous face-to-face or in-home sales experience highly regarded

• Trade or building industry experience is a plus, but not essential

• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

• Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
