Project coordinator/ junior project manager

About the role

As a Project Coordinator at Built by eps', you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position, based in Caringbah NSW 2229, will see you work closely with the project management team to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of all project activities.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities

• Coordinating communication between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and internal teams

• Maintaining detailed project documentation and records

• Providing administrative support to the project management team

• Identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks to keep projects on track

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management or a related field

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar project coordinator or administrative support role within the construction industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements
