Your Day-to-Day

• Welcome guests with genuine care and deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

• Recognise and engage with IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.

• Handle reservations, payments, and guest enquiries efficiently and professionally.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised recommendations to make every stay memorable.

• Resolve guest concerns with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Bring

• A friendly, confident personality and strong communication skills.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred; however, attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

• Australian working rights.

• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
