We're looking for a highly organised Service Operations Administrator to join our Service team and play a pivotal role in this journey.
As KONE continues to evolve its service delivery model, we're implementing, a new system and way of working that will streamline how service operations are planned, coordinated, and delivered.
This role will be instrumental in supporting that transformation by centralising key administrative processes and helping ensure operational efficiency across the business.
What you will be doing
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Service Managers and Supervisors.
Coordinate updates and changes to maintenance plans and service schedules within the new system.
Act as a key coordination point between Customer Service, Field Teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Support service operations by managing work orders, service-related documentation, and administrative processes.
Take ownership of customer enquiries and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders.
Assist with inspection administration, including processing reports, coordinating follow-up actions, and tracking outcomes.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and service information.
Support continuous improvement initiatives associated with new systems and ways of working.
What are we looking for?
Previous administration, operations support, customer service, or service coordination experience.
Experience working in a service/ maintenance business preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Confidence working across multiple systems and databases.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Field Service Management systems, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
