• Lead complex migration engagements, providing authoritative advice on employer-sponsored migration and high-stakes visa applications.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior executives, and clients' global mobility teams becoming their go-to advisor on immigration strategy.
• Identify opportunities to integrate KPMG's broader global mobility services, influencing business growth and client success.
• Navigate and resolve intricate migration challenges with confidence and precision.

Your ExperienceWe're looking for a seasoned professional who brings depth, leadership, and vision:

• Highly experienced Registered Migration Agent with hands-on experience in Australian immigration.
• Demonstrated expertise across a wide spectrum of immigration matters and visa subclasses, ideally in complex and high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and deliver results under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging senior-level clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance priorities, manage deadlines, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• A genuine passion for immigration and a commitment to staying ahead of legislative and regulatory changes.
