About the Role
This role is responsible for supervising, mentoring and supporting the Plumbing & Drainage Team to deliver high-quality, compliant and customer-focused inspection services across residential, commercial and industrial developments. The position provides technical expertise, oversees day-to-day operations, and drives a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.

To be successful in the position, you will have:
We're seeking an experienced and inspiring team supervisor with a strong background in plumbing and drainage compliance and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service outcomes. You will be a trusted technical expert and confident communicator, capable of building positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, consultants and the community. With a practical and solutions-focused approach, you'll lead and mentor a small team, balance regulatory requirements with customer needs, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
