The Opportunity:

CSR is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team based in Unanderra, managing a key territory spanning Goulburn, the Southern Highlands, and the South Coast to Gerringong. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value-focused solutions.

As the face of CSR within your territory, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of customers while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. Your focus will be on developing strong customer relationships, uncovering project opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth through a consultative and solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across your territory
• Execute sales strategies aligned with CSR's growth objectives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming their key point of contact
• Develop account plans that support retention, growth, and diversification
• Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer solutions
• Prepare customer proposals, negotiate commercial outcomes, and close sales opportunities
• Leverage market insights and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Monitor performance against sales targets and implement actions to achieve results
• Stay informed on industry developments, market activity, and product innovations

About You

You are a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and achieving results. You're naturally curious, commercially savvy, and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions for their business.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Territory Sales
• A strong customer-first mindset and consultative selling approach
• The ability to build credibility and influence with customers and stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven attitude
• Formal business qualifications or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
