About the Role

As a Professional Diesel Motor Mechanic/Fitter, you will play a crucial role in fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience level but may include:

• Minimising plant and equipment downtime through proactive maintenance.
• Diagnosing, inspecting, servicing, and repairing the fleet to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining all company plant, equipment, and vehicles according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Attending breakdowns and performing field-related mechanical repairs promptly.
• Communicating safety or maintenance issues effectively and efficiently.

About You

• 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Motor Mechanic/Fitter.
• Certification III in Heavy Machine Mechanic or Diesel Fitter
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of diesel engine systems and components
• Experience with Kone, Kalmar, Hyster, Sennebogen, Caterpillar preferred
• Manual Licence essential
