At Magic Memories, we capture guest experiences at some of the world's leading attractions and turn them into high-quality photo products. Our ethos is simple: We Make People Smile. 

We’re currently looking for confident, engaging individuals to join our frontline team at Australian Outback Spectacular & Seaworld on a fixed term basis for 4 weeks. This is a high-energy role where you’ll be the first point of contact for guests - creating a great first impression, capturing their experience on camera, and presenting their photo packages for purchase.

You don’t need to be a professional photographer, but you will need to enjoy spending time on your feet, speaking with a high volume of guests, and working as part of a team that values both guest experience and performance.

What the day-to-day actually looks like:

• You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting guests with genuine energy.

• You’ll be using our tech to take photos of guests as they arrive.

• You’ll show guests their memories and help them pick the best packages to take home. 

• You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and interacting with hundreds of people. The shift flies by because you’re always busy!

• Base hourly rate + Sunday/Public Holiday loading + commission structure.

• Fixed-Term Part-time role with core minimum hours and fixed days (see days and hours of work below) to suit your schedule and lifestyle - plus the flexibility to pick up extra open shifts when it suits you

• We work at the coolest spots in the Gold Coast. Our team is social, supportive, and we actually have fun.

Days & Hours of Work

• Position 1: Sun - Wed (27 hours a week)

• Position 2: Wed - Sat (27 hours a week)

• Position 3: Fri - Tues (31.25 hours a week)

• Position 4: Thurs - Sun (22 hours a week)

• Position 5: Mon - Thurs (20 hours a week)

• Position 6: Tues, Fri, Sat (12.75 hours a week)

• Position 7: Tues, Fri, Sat (12.75 hours a week)

Group Recruitment:

• First Day & Training: Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th, Thursday 10th September (8am - 4pm)
