We partner with farmers and food producers to ensure their perishable and frozen products reach food suppliers, restaurants and local grocery stores without spoilage. As part of the continued growth of our Prospect operation, we are seeking experienced and people-focused Team Managers to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large operational teams within a fast-paced distribution environment while contributing to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading cold storage and logistics providers.

Team Manager – Monday to Friday Afternoon ShiftTeam Manager – Sunday to Thursday AM ShiftTeam Manager – Tuesday to Saturday AM Shift

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Production Manager on shift, you will be responsible for leading frontline warehouse operations and ensuring your team consistently delivers safe, productive and customer-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading, coaching and developing operational teams to achieve performance objectivesDriving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site safety proceduresManaging labour utilisation and operational productivity to meet customer requirementsMonitoring and achieving operational KPIs relating to safety, service, quality and productivityManaging employee engagement, performance and capability developmentCoordinating workflow across internal departments to ensure efficient operationsIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement initiativesSupporting workforce planning, rostering and operational execution across your shift

What Experience And Education You Need

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced operational settingStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsExcellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making capabilityStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools is advantageousCertificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent experience would be highly regarded
