About the Role 

Habitat Creations is looking for an experienced environmental leader to manage our Environment Division. Reporting to the Manager – Field Operations, you'll take ownership of the division's day-to-day operations, safety and commercial performance - but above all, you'll lead people. You'll manage multiple Leading Hands and their crews, set the standard for workplace culture and safety, develop the capability of your team, and secure a consistent pipeline of environmental contracts and projects. It's a hands-on senior role for someone who takes genuine pride in building great teams and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, communities, and the environment.

Key Duties

• Lead, develop and grow the Environment field teams, including Senior Leading Hands and Leading Hands
• Oversee division operations, safety, resourcing, budgets and project delivery
• Drive business development and secure a pipeline of environmental contracts and projects
• Champion a high-performance, safety-first team culture aligned with our company values

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in the environmental (or similar) industry
• Proven experience leading, developing and managing field-based teams
• Senior management experience across planning, budgets, sales and workforce planning
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and sound business acumen
• Construction White Card, First Aid Level II, and a current driver's licence
