 The opportunity & how you will make an impact. 

As part of our Office Services team in Sydney, you'll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and seamless workplace experience for employees, clients and visitors. You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Using your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach, you'll help create an exceptional office environment, coordinate engaging events and ensure the needs of our people and clients are met. As the Concierge every day is different! You'll make an impact by:

• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and concierge experience, welcoming employees, clients and visitors while providing a high standard of customer service
• Coordinating meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and office facilities, ensuring all areas are maintained to a professional standard and ready for use
• Partnering with the Office Services Manager and wider office leadership team to deliver engaging client and staff events, including room set-up, catering, AV requirements and event logistics
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier services to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
• Preparing new starter welcome packs and supporting onboarding activities to create a positive and welcoming employee experience
• Organising catering services for meetings and events, ensuring excellent presentation standards and compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements
• Adhering to all WH&S policies and procedures, reporting any identified hazards and incidents and contributing to the continuous improvement of Urbis Group WH&S practices

About You:

• You bring at least 2 years' experience in concierge, office services, front-of-house or hospitality, with a strong service mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated event planning and management experience delivering exceptional events and activities

• Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite (particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel)

• Comprehensive knowledge, awareness and implementation of Occupational Health & Safety requirements
• RSA / Food Safety Training highly regarded'

• A collaborative mindset, to bring out the best in yourself and others while bringing new thinking to Urbis and our clients
